RCFA workshops our design for the delegates to understand how to carry out a probe and investigation on equipment related failures and understand how to extract and gather evidences before making any conclusion and judgment as every single failure always happens for specific reason.  Delegates learn to construct the sequence of events that eventually and finally led up to the failure.
