There is no shortcut or silver bullet solution on maintenance, everything will start from its basic foundation and that is by educating and training your maintenance and operations people regarding what maintenance is all about and why we need to perform them in our equipment and assets. I cannot emphasize this any better. The only way we can improve the reliability of our equipment is for our people to be equipped with the right knowledge.
