Text Box: F.A.Q. ON HOW TO PURCHASE THESE COURSES :

1) What exactly are you selling and why ?

These are reliability & maintenance Courses training materials which are done in powerpoint. I made them in powerpoint presentation so that you can edit them to tailor fit your industry needs, whether you are from an industry or a reliability consultant like myself, I think the most important reason why I decided to sell them is that it will save you a lot of time in developing them for a fraction of a cost. These courses can be made available in CD and will be shipped to you via Federal Express.  For a complete lists of available courses that you can choose or avail from. Click Here !!!

Text Box: 2) How much is the cost of your courses and do you offer discounts ?
Discounts can be provided when you purchase 3 or more courses. You can find the cost of each course on the product portion of this website. Note that cost of shipping is excluded and will depend on the distant of origin. Click Here !!!

3) Who do you think should benefit and purchase your course ?
Reliability Consultants, Technical Training People, TPM Staff Office, Continuous Improvement Groups, Maintenance Managers, Plant Maintenance, Asset Management Group, Reliability Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety Group, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Vendors. Those involved in improving the reliability and maintenance of their equipment should benefit from this course.

4) What does your training materials include ?
The training materials will include the following : Brochure which you can download for free so that you can arrange the timing of your presentation. Pre and post test for each course which is recommended to be provided before that start of the training and at the last hour of the training to determine the knowledge gained by your participants. Basic logic here is this will be the same set of test and we expect the score on the post test (to be given at the last hr) must be higher than that of the pre test (given at the start of the training).
Click here for a sample of a pre-post test on RCFA

5) What if I find it hard to translate your slides, how can I present them ?
The materials are done on a generic and easy to interpret format. Should you find any difficulties in translating them, a cue card will be provided on how to explain every single slide. Although the cue cards may not be as up to date since most of my materials are being updated regularly. The function of the cue card is to determine the timing of the training and to provide an insight on how each slide would be presented.

6) Do you accept VISA or credit cards for payments ?
Payment can only be done via bank wire transfer or through a Western Union branch. CD materials will be shipped to the address you mentioned once we confirm your payment.

7) In case I decided to purchase, how long will I received the training materials ?
Once your payment had been cleared, the materials will be downloaded on a CD and will be delivered to you via Federal Express. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can check from time to time the status of your package. Usually shipping will take 3 to 5 days depending on your geographical location.

8) I cannot decide on what reliability course to purchase ?
I think it would be best if you create a training needs analysis to your people. This way the feedback from your people will determine what course they need on your industry. Send this survey to your maintenance people and summarize it. Send Survey !

9) Can we ask you to teach the courses we selected for us ?
Yes, that would be possible for me to come to your country and teach these courses to your people. A proposal would be send to you via email.

10) What course would you recommend ?
I believe that courses on RCM and RCFA is a must need for every industry seeking out to improve their equipment’s reliability.

11) Can consultants like you purchase your materials ?
Yes, most of those who purchase my courses are consultants themselves. I do not see themselves as competition but as reliability partners and brothers with the same interest.

12) Can I refund my money back ?
Send us back the CD to the address provided and we will refund your money. I always work on good will and trust to my clients. In case they are not satisfied with the materials then they can definitely refund their money. As of this point of writing, I have no refunds on my training materials.
